I purchased the OKC fish and small game knife because of the Kephart style at a low price point. I've had it for a few months now, although I have not had an opportunity to use it extensively. I have used it enough to know it is comfortable in hand and holds an edge respectably well. The most challenging thing I've used it for was filleting a flounder I caught. The knife edge was not in "peak condition" when I filleted the fish (fault of the user, not the knife), but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it did the job. I was able to get four clean fillets out of one fish, with removing the skin, without shredding the meat. I really don't know what else you could ask for. I'm very happy with this knife!
