Brings back youthful memories

As a 75 year young man, I grew up way out in the country. Old hickory was in our home and the neighbors. I do all the pealing for the wife and no knife can match my old hickory, the same as my cast iron pots and skillets.

Mini filet knife

Really a nice knife. Perfect size for trout coming from streams in the eastern Sierra mountains. Nice case for belt wear. Hardwood handles are nicely finished.

Fast service. For the price I expected a better quality of knife like the old knife I have. Knife so dule i could not cut a tomato. Othere then that service was great.
