Love the looks hate the dull

Came totally dull like a butter knife..Great ascetics , balance, and great handle .For 128 I expected better steel. Not sure it was heat treated and quenched correctly. Love every think else I've bought. Great chopper , and great other long blades . What can you do for this life long customer that was let down with a dull uncsharpened and very difficult to get a tooth edge on? Please call me local. [****]
