Featuring a robust, full-tang D2 tool steel blade with a black oxide coating, an ergonomic G10 handle, and nylon sheath, the OKC® Cerberus is built to get you through hell and back. Manufactured in the U.S.A.
I purchased this knife from a dealer. The knife had 2 strong selling points -- USA made and D2 steel. I use it primarily to cut invasive vines in the forest near my home. It is an extremely dependable knife. It is small enough not to attract undue attention when I wear it on my belt, yet large enough to handle nearly all the work I do. It is comfortable to use. I love the construction - a single piece of steel w/ 2 handles. Very simple and uncomplicated. I have an RTAK-II for the larger jobs the Cerberus can't handle. Together they make an ideal set of knives for every outdoor job except those for which an axe or saw is needed. The Cerberus impressed me so much I purchased two more to have as backup. I rarely go in the forest w/out it.
