The Chef’s Knife blade is a blending of the best aspects of the French and German Chef’s knife and the Japanese Hocho with a long, broad blade and approximately 40% of the edge profile flat to accurately mate with the cutting board. The Paring Knife is short and lightweight and very easily controlled when held in a reverse grip. The flat, tapered sides of the handle allow precise control of the blade position and the radius on the back of the handle fits comfortably against the palm. Not recommended for the dishwasher.
I wrote my original review before I actually used the knife!
The steel is too soft and the edge gets dull after quartering a bell pepper.
The knife is basically useless.
I wrote them a letter asking for a refund or, if that was not possible, a free return label to return it to them so that they could verify my complaint.
I never got an answer.
These people live by the reputation of their machete, which is good, but beware of any other of their products.
Customer care is non existent.
Good service, fast service and great quality; Whats not to like?
