Engineered down to the edge geometries by blade-master Dan Maragni, the Agilite knives are technically superior to almost any cutlery in the market. Featuring double injection heat resistant molded handles and Sandvik 14C28NTM fine carbide steel, the Agilite knives define premium cutlery. However, true to form for OKC products, they are affordably priced.

  1. Agilite Steak Set (4 Piece)

    For every kitchen there is Agilite.

    The Steak Knife has a wide curve at the point and a fine serration to easily cut through meat without excessive tearing and subsequent loss of moisture and flavor. Not recommended for the dishwasher.

  2. Agilite Chef's Knife

    For every kitchen there is Agilite.

    The Chef’s Knife blade is a blending of the best aspects of the French and German Chef’s knife and the Japanese Hocho with a long, broad blade and approximately 40% of the edge profile flat to accurately mate with the cutting board. Not recommended for the dishwasher.

  3. Agilite Santoku

    For every kitchen there is Agilite.

    The Agilite Santoku is a variant of the traditional Japanese Santoku which has a similar blade geometry to the base of a French Chef’s knife, but without the length. The edge is slightly curved to aid in the typical rocking/slicing motion common to oriental style food preparation. Not recommended for the dishwasher.
